Refund policy

We do not offer any returns. Exchange only. 

Any exchange request must be raised within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the shirt must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, and in its original packaging.

In case of a sizing issue, we will offer you an exchange for a different size, subject to the availability of fabric. 

We hold the right to not accept an exchange in case the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer.

Customer has to self-ship the product if the pin code is out of serviceable area with reverse logistic.

Please note that we may not be able to facilitate a custom request during an exchange., if the fabric is unavailable. 

Post raising a request., an exchange may take up to 12 working days to ship since we’re a made-to-order brand.

Please note that we do not facilitate exchanges or returns for orders shipped outside India
